Big Beard Battery Dealer Terms and Agreement

Application and Approval
Applicants must complete a qualifying phone call with Big Beard Battery before submitting a dealer application. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or grant access to dealer pricing or ordering.
Applicants must provide accurate business information and the requested tax identification and resale exemption documentation. Tax exemptions are subject to review and approval for the applicable states.
Dealer Pricing and Confidentiality
Dealer pricing is confidential and may not be shared outside the employees of the approved dealer’s business.
Sharing confidential dealer pricing will result in termination of dealer privileges. Big Beard Battery reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies for losses resulting from unauthorized disclosure.
Annual Purchase Requirements
Each dealer year is a consecutive 12-month period beginning on the dealer’s approval date and renewing on each anniversary of that date.
- Battery discounts: Dealers must order at least four Big Beard Battery batteries during each dealer year to maintain battery discounts.
- Other wholesale items: Dealers must purchase at least $5,000 in products from Big Beard Battery during each dealer year to maintain their dealer account for other wholesale items. Battery purchases and other wholesale product purchases may be combined to meet this minimum.
The $5,000 purchase minimum does not replace the four-battery requirement for maintaining battery discounts.
Minimum Advertised Pricing
Dealers must follow the applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies provided by Big Beard Battery and the manufacturers of components they resell. Advertised prices must not fall below the applicable MAP.
Online Sales and Marketplace Restrictions
Dealers may not sell Big Beard Battery batteries or products purchased through their Big Beard Battery dealer account on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms.
Big Beard Battery batteries may not be sold online through a dealer’s own website. Dealer approval does not authorize a dealer to ship hazardous materials.
Other components purchased through the dealer account may be sold through the dealer’s own website, provided all advertised prices comply with the applicable manufacturer’s MAP policy.
Dealer Account Use
Dealer approval applies only to the approved business. Dealers may not extend their account, dealer pricing, or ordering privileges to other businesses or appoint additional dealers on Big Beard Battery’s behalf.
Ordering and Payment
Approved dealers use one login with the ordering options assigned to their account:
- Pay Now — Batteries & Components: Payment is required at checkout. This option supports battery-only, component-only, and combined orders.
- Net 30 — Batteries Only: Available only to dealers separately approved for Net 30 terms. This option is limited to battery purchases. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice.
Orders containing components require payment at checkout. Dealer approval does not automatically include approval for Net 30 terms.
Dealer Map Listing
Applicants may request inclusion on Big Beard Battery’s public dealer map. Listings are subject to review and approval and are not guaranteed.
Applicants requesting a listing authorize Big Beard Battery to publish the business details they provide specifically for that listing. Billing addresses, tax documents, and other application information are not authorized for publication merely by submitting an application.
Acknowledgment
By accepting these terms and submitting the application, I confirm that I am the business owner or am authorized to apply and accept these terms on behalf of the business. I confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that I have read and agree to these Dealer Terms and Agreement.
